DESIGN

GOAL:
Build wireframes to put into perspective the structure of the email blast. Next, apply the branding elements to enhance the overall look.

DELIVERABLES:
Mid-Fi Wireframes | High-Fidelity Design

MID-FI WIREFRAMES
I’ve created two layout versions and kept in mind the structure of where the information goes so that the user can easily identify each section. I got rid of all drop shadows from the text, making it more legible and clean. One of the goals is to highlight the deals and making the inventory button standout - One way of doing that is to move the CTA button above the disclaimer text because in general, the disclaimer text is the last thing we see and we don’t expect to see anything after that.
HIGH-FIDELITY DESIGN
We went with the design with the panels because we felt it has a stronger layout, and users can easily gather that each panel is its own car listing. I applied the UI elements based on each dealership’s branding guide.
SUCCESS
After completing the Hi-Fidelity wireframes, I uploaded the files to Zeplin and collaborated with the developer about the final design. The template is now being used at dealerships for Honda, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, and Nissan.
