About Me.

I am a designer from the San Francisco Bay Area living in Venice, CA. I love spending time with my dog Lettux, painting, and drinking countless lattes.

I love the idea of building things from start to finish with the ability to fulfill the users’ needs when navigating a website or an app. I use my design skills and a keen eye for layouts to design compelling, clean, and effective interfaces.

With a design background working the past ten years in the entertainment industry, I bounced around from managing and structuring delivery systems to collaborating with 2D/3D animators to leading the design of Blu-Ray and DVD menu interfaces. It was in my previous role working on menu interfaces that I realized I wanted to design for users’ needs in the digital interface world. UX has given me the empathy piece to understand users’ perspectives throughout the design process and that there is a story behind every decision in the process.

The interaction with functionality is what motivates me to better understand usability and find creative solutions for a positive experience. Understanding both the technical and creative side of design allows me the ability to know all the pieces needed when building a product. I’m thankful for the incredible projects that I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate on. If you’re curious, you’ll find the work in my reel below. :)

When I’m not designing, you’ll find me in the early morning with a coffee in one hand and a paintbrush in the other, working on colorful, petite abstract paintings with Lettux by my side.
